申请理由：学习JAVA有两年了,现在正在JAVA的开发工作,来到这里,感觉这里的讨论技术的分围不错,想进一步的,和同行们切磋和相互学习
来了之后得到很多同行的指点和帮助,也实实在在的收益于现在自己的工作当中,因此也想以自己的方式反过来为大家做自己力所能及的贡献(也许真的很有限)

申请该版版主的理由： 想在互相切磋中共同进步,及下边有关建议的实施,现在的J2SE也是刚刚起步,内容不多,希望以后去建设他

职业及专长（突出你管理该版的优势）： 热情,和认真 现在的开发工作也是以J2SE为主的,希望能帮助他人,也得到他人的帮助

您认为该版目前现状是否需改进及您的管理方针： 需要改进,主要是缺少一些好的诱导性的贴子供大家展开讨论,关于管理方针方面,要严格以技术探讨为中心,此外的无意义的灌水贴将无情极端的删除,连总班主和,元老的贴也不例外(技术至上,结合人文,其他流放,无关的贴子毫无疑问,只要我见到必删!!!!!!),我自己如果也有类似的灌水贴也请删除,(在这一点上实行绝对的专制,也是为了净化讨论空气,请不要误解)在这个大前提下,高度民主(请大家监督)

对繁荣本讨论区有何想法或建议： 建议如下
1.严格版块风气,鼓励技术探讨,打击[非法灌水]者
2.加强和其他版块的联合(比如说GUI编程其实也是J2SE的高阶应用,还有就是图形编程)
3.活跃版块气氛(增加定期的活动,如解题,竞赛,悬赏等,具体细节筹划中)
4.细分版块讨论内容(具体分为,[线程编程],[I/O Programming],[高级编程理论探讨],[网络编程],[算法与JAVA],[多媒体与游戏],[其他]等小版块,具体内容有待商榷和琢磨,这里也希望听到大家的声音)
5.对其内容进行定期的整理和补充
6.开设一些翻译角(期待大家的支持)

以上理想状态的东西很多,到实现可能会有很大一段距离,但是很想做做看看,希望给我机会,也更希望大家的支持和参与(自己做不到的,希望大家时时刻刻的提醒我,我也是人,但是希望完美的想法是有的)
#自己的水平有限,以上建议,明确的说,(无论从时间上还是内容上)自己单独都做不到,但是希望能组织大家一同去尝试

恕在下失礼,阁下理解错误了[感谢支持]并非灌水式的,对于他人的支持,在这里也只有这种方式表达感谢了吧,只是想做个积极的回应,以免给人留下个傲慢的印象

对于支持的热情与否,仁者见仁智者见智,在下没有任何奢求,何况,阁下还是支持在下的,那在下也已经充分的受宠若惊了(以前也一直承蒙阁下的指点,才渐渐萌生申请班主为民服务之念)

没有什么特别精彩的贴子方便打分,说到在下的痛处,其实为在下水平所限,非热情与认真所能补拙的部分,也更非热情不足认真不够之表现,此外,上边强调的[热情与认真]也是将来上任班主任后希望自己能进一步采取的姿态,并非宣传用语,还请各位洞察细节,明察秋毫,解我真意

这里是在下的一个原创,当然还没有完成,希望得到大家的监督和建议

能在受领一分,实在令在下不安,只是一个申请,并无实际工作之成绩,此一分,受之有愧,望班主们三思

关于[当了版主，得分的机会便会少一点],在下的拙见是,能上FTP就行(哈哈,此处不认真,网开一面了拉)其他的,在于积累,以得分为目的的话,从那一刻起,就知道,研究技术已经成了第二位了,实在是在下难以苟同的思路,至于其他的各位同行怎样看待自有各自的标准,在下就不便妄加评论了
