1. 速度和jb7不相上下，没有传说中的慢
2. 可以开发struts了，不错
3. 可以开发Web Services
4. 带jdk1.4,可以支持泛型编程了
继续研究，发现新东东，再贴

使用jb8不能运行和调试applet（不是网页模式运行调试），直接运行类，jb7运行的就很好
不知道是我使用不当还是jb8的bug

Because of the lack of several features, it is impossible to let java support generic programming without big change of java. Is it real that 1.4 support it? I don't think so.

You can set in run menu to run applet viewer.

run->configuration->run: make sure your type is applet and set to default. then run project.
