在别人基础上...现在是自己用的

1.eclipseuml-installer_1.2.1.20030512.jar
req emf_1.1.0_20030501_0612VL.zip & GEF-runtime-I20030327.zip
UML工具，比较像rose, 有些bug,而且没有放大缩小，拖来拖去眼都晕了，不过比slim好

J2ee plugin ,dw上推荐的说

eclipse多国语言包，连doc都本地化了！

传说中的Swing IDE，可视化编程

据说可以语法加亮上百种语言，非常好，至少在XML中如此，棒极了

这个最重要了 http proxy plugin

可以查出编码不好的地方

UML建模工具，逆向工程和drag功能做的很好，放大缩小也很好，不过图形看上去不舒服。

受到推崇的XML编辑器

格式化工具，比eclipse自带的强很多，但是不是太用，一般用把别人的代码整理成自己的风格，他会移动代码位置。
