其中一位的意见比较引起我的注意
I've examined the way I work, and the way other people work, and I've come
to a strange conclusion - most of the time we spend programming, we're
writing code. By this I mean that I'm implementing algorithms by writing
code. Producing structural elements, such as classes, servlets, ejbs, and
other skeletons into which the code goes takes up maybe 15% of my day.

Classical IDEs concentrate their productivity enhancements into the
structural 15% - so a tool that makes me 100% faster at producing servlet
skeletons is only going to have a small impact on my daily productivity.

IntelliJ IDEA provides tools for your fingertips. This tool does lots of
little things for you, saving you very little time - a second here, a
second there - many hundreds of times a day. Overall, these little
productivity enhancements add up to a very big productivity enhancement.

For example, when you paste some code from one place to another, it fixes
the indentation for you. This may take you a second or two to do by hand,
but you'll do it maybe a hundred times a day, saving maybe five minutes a
day. Add to this the plethora of other little features, like automatically
importing libraries, suggesting variable names, etc. And then add to that
the refactoring tools (nearly thirty of them)...

I'm not impressed by wizards, I'm impressed by productivity enhancing
tools. IntelliJ IDEA is the best productivity enhancing tool I've ever
used, and by that I mean that it enhances my productivity by a greater
amount than any other tool.

I've recently suggested that a client use IDEA for his development, and
have one copy of either JBuilder, or Eclipse, sitting on a machine that the
team members can use if they really need a wizard.

You may say I am a dreamer, But I am not the only one.
