比如从 *.java 切换到 *.xml, 虽然还是在Java Perspective..但Java perspective因为要重新放菜单，整个Eclipse会稍微停顿一下。。很烦人的。

有没有办法解决阿。

这个和插件的编辑器实现有关，当第一次打开指定文件时会出现这种问题，eclipse在创建文件编辑器对应的工具栏按钮操作。所以解决起来还是比较麻烦的。

不过你可以到 http://www.eclipsepowered.net/ 寻找一些其他的编辑器插件。
