我用bouncycastle的包扩展了x.509得属性证书，可是如何用keytool来产生？keytool可以产生x.509的公钥证书

先生成一个自签名的Root证书，然后用此Root证书来签发其他的证书。
具体参数可以看keytool的帮助。
