我解开jar以后，加载Provider就会提示不成功。
是不是因为它的jar是签名过的，并被SUN的JCE信任的？
如果我在Applet中调用了它，我又不能把它解开打进自己的jar包，那如何才能让它加载到客户端的浏览器呢？

还是指定 codebase=the _uri_of_your_jars

codebase是指定的是jar包存放的路径呀
应该是同时加载多个jar包吧

archive = uri list [CT]
