为什么？
既然在程序上可以实现对字节流的数字签名，那么一个Jar包也可做作为
字节流来处理，不需要用jarsigner,编程上也应该能实现对Jar包的签名，
做实验了，没成功！能告诉我为何吗？

就好像你用password加密zip一样，你有zip文件，不等于你有password。。不知道我的比喻是否正确？
