我想先作一个简单的实现。比如，从浏览器访问网站，对本地某文件进行数字签名（如求SHA_1码，再加上时间戳，由服务器打包加密后传回到本地。

那个银行的方案是提供两种方式：
1. activeX ，如果客户愿意采用
2. applet签名，如果客户愿意安装JVM
