我在配置jfreechart-1.0.6的时候出现了问题。我已经把jfreechart-1.0.6.jar等几个关键文件添加到了CLASSPATH中，而且拷贝到了%JAVA_HOME%\LIB中。
编译的时候没有问题，但是运行就会报错，说找不到包。当我把这三个文件解压到java程序当前目录下后，运行成***。
请问这是怎么回事啊？

The classpath cannot be found when you run your Java program. The reason why if you copied files in your current working directory and works is that Java will treat your CWD as your classpath.
