[root@localhost jb]# java
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Attempt to allocate stack guard pages failed.
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for code cache

我在linux上安装了jdk 1.5 ，出这个错呀。

附上内核
[root@localhost jb]# uname -r
2.6.17-1.2517.fc6

let's make this thread start..

Maybe your JDK corrupted somehow..so download the latest version of JDK1.5 again..(would be a good idea to download the binary code).

If it doesnt work , give us the error message..

I never saw any JRE error like that in a Linux machine before.
