in jin shan dictionary, "black magic" means 邪法，巫术。No hidden implication.

rewrite, from what I understand:
weblogic doesn't seem too bad, and if you're paying, their support might help guide you to a solution. However, with weblogic's knowledge base, documentation, newsgroups, and support sites are all over the place, to weblogic's support department (who's not familiar with all these resources), finding the answer to a problem is like using black magic.
