in jin shan dictionary, "due" as noun means 应得的东西。So in here, it can be translated to: 但是除了VB应该表扬的地方,除了VB好的地方,there are plenty of VB drag-n-dropped apps out there that suck too.
It's common way to express complaints/unsatisfaction to a superior in military, used by a lower ranked soldier speaking to higher ranked officer, "With all due respect, sir, you suck!!" That's extreme, of course. Here is another one, "With all due respect, sir, I don't think this is the right way to handle the situation."
so after "give all its due", you know author is going to say something negative/bad about it.
