What does "in Crime" mean here ? (from www.thesreverside.com)

IBM and BEA Partners in Crime, Announcing Joint Specifications

IBM and BEA are collaborating on specifications that will enable developers to write code that accesses some areas of the application server in a standard manner (e.g. it will work in both servers). The companies announced three specifications: Service Data Objects, WorkManager and Timers. It is great to see these vendors coming together, and is interesting that they have done so in this manner.

"Partner in crime" is a common phrase, means very close friend or good buddy. For example, John is my partner in crime, we've known each other since elementary school.

In that title "IBM...", they used it as verb, interesting.

I only can type Chinese at home on winXP. what do I need to type Chinese on Win2000?

IC, then in Chinese, Parter in crime means "铁杆兄弟", "死党". :)

增加输入中文很简单，给系统添加输入法就行了（可能需要2000的安装光盘）。

右击输入法 | 属性 | 输入法区域设置 | 添加 ，然后选一种中文输入法就可以了。
