I assume you are familiar with the term "lazy loading", means certain resources are not loaded until client specifically request it. lazy loading offers you faster startup time, but you may have to wait quite a bit if the resource requested is big.
So it's counter part, "eager loading", (I just made it up), preload all resources during startup, even if some of those resources may never be used. This way you have longer startup time, but during runtime of the program, you are wait-free.
