There is an old saying, "Fool me once, it's your fault;fool me twice, it's my fault." Basically, it's saying we learn from experience. If we get burned from fire, next time we know we need to stay from fire, only fools will get on fire again(assume no other factors, not always true when we have 10 different threads running,  ).
