这句话的关键是fish diet, 就是以吃鱼为主的(生活方式). 这是个比喻, 因为一般认为吃鱼很健康, 这里表示, 在不借助VC 2008这种比较时髦而庞大的工具开发Windows程序, 而采用传统的开发编程方式, 那么在你试图这样尝试之前, 需要数月的时间来作基本训练(打好根基, 熟悉那种比较底层但know how--"知其然而又知其所以然"的方式).
