When you first see the word "向上" in the picture, can you image what dose the word mean? (especially for who do not learn about oracle)

I was confused for a long time, even though I know this "向上" means the database is running by reading a book. But I still don't know why use "向上" here.

Until one day, I remember we use cmd line "startup" to start TOMCAT. I finally know that the "向上" comes from "up".
