The ejbRemove() method is mandated by the EJB specification in three different
ways! It appears in the SessionBean interface, and it is required as
the method corresponding to the home method of remove(Object) (inherited
from javax.ejb.EJBHome) and is also required as the method corresponding
to the remote method of remove() (inherited from
javax.ejb.EJBObject). It is covered here because it fits best along side the
coverage of ejbCreate().

看的晕晕乎乎的，不知道具体讲的什么意思。哪位能翻译一下。
这个动词mandated到底什么意思，很多地方都能看到的

原意是强迫性地要求如何，硬性要求，没有讨价还价的余地。

EJB规范以三种不同的方式来规范ejbRemove（）：在SessionBean界面....

It seems the first and is not quite right in english, where it appears only for the last case, among several cases.
