anybody work in international coporations' branch company in china here ?
when want to recruit new people , they often informs that "should have flolunt oral english and written english ", what does the" flolunt " menas, i can hardly imagine in most a chinese -saying and most chinese person - evironment , chinese talk with each other with english .Do they need exchange ideas with their non-chinese scpeaking workmates everyday ???
if really need , are there many engineers have flolunt oral english ? i don't think so , for not everyone have chance to go abroad and practising their oral and written english .
what about you ?
wishing some one have real experience or have related knowlages advise me .... 3ks
