  On Wed, 01/14/04 CRiSiS did release something you may have 
  heard about:

  then there was silence. but right after a few minutes there
  were some other releases pre'd all around the world:
  
  ultrafxp.v0.9978.WinAll.Cracked.100.PERCENT.WORKING.BIG.SORRY.GOOD.REPACK-CRiSiS
  ultrafxp.v0.9978.WinAll.Cracked.WORKING.REPACK-CRiSiS
  ultrafxp.v0.9978.WinAll.Cracked.FIXED-CRiSiS
  ... (around 20 other entrys deleted) ..
  
  So what the hell is going on you ask?
  
  I'll tell ya: 
  
  CRiSiS released some really easy 'crackfix' - better  
  called.. 'lame loader' to bypass the trial limits of that 
  well known app 'ultrafxp'. 
  
  Where ever it came from and however it hit the sites it was 
  getting nuked and nuked and nuked again - not that its
  because it doesnt work. nah. just because there are some 
  smart guys around who believe they could stop its 
  distribution. They released some fake repacks and fixes 
  etc (those mentioned before) to make sure it doesnt spread.
        Also 1 or more of the creators of UltraFXP has a role in this
        game...

        The groups that did those 3 Fake releases are **Team RENEGADE**
        and **Team NiTROUS**.
        Word on the streets say that RENEGADE is good friend of the
        creator of UltraFXP and that UltraFXP creator/team pays RENEGADE.
        What the reason is is not important.. the main reason is that
        RENEGADE and NiTROUS did those lame shitlists.
        

  Now our Message:
  
  WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT!
  
  
  You guys who call yourself 'ELITE' -> go. get a life. stand in
  your corner and cry some time. 

  Why did they do that you may ask. But i am pretty sure i dont
  need to explain. Long time before there was something called
  'scene' - it was about haveing fun, it was about being the
  best out off the best. and it was about getting remembered. 
  
  Now look at that scene we do have today:
  
  - Talking about MONEY. 
  - Talking about CORUPTION.
  - Talking about LAME ASSWIPES who think they can stop 
    'uncomfortable' releases at their will just because they
    got some hidden arrangement with software producers or
    because they do produce that software by themselfes.
  
  I could paste irc chanlogs off #ultrafxp and some 
  group internal channels into this writing to make you
  believe. But do i really need to? 
    
        We know people from groups who know we are right and that
        RENEGADE and NiTROUS did those shitlist and that UltraFXP
        pays RENEGADE.
        And we also know people who denied it..
        So whats true..?? you decide     

        Do Not take for granted what the others say,
        download it yourself and try it out.
        If you then, still don't believe us, then well,
        it is OK to NUKE us, however, we believe that 
        our crack is working 100% perfectly, we have tested
        it continuously
        and we do not believe that it contains any "fake"
        things.
        We can say that the crack works perfectly and we 
        sincerely ask all siteops/nukers to go ahead and try
        out the program, you will see it working perfectly, 
        and in return we would like it UN_NUKED
        We then want ultrafxp.v0.9978.WinAll.Cracked-CRiSiS UN_NUKED.
        The other 3 fixes/repacks are not pre'd by CRiSiS, but by 
        RENEGADE and NiTROUS so they are not real... so remove those
        NUKES from our name please.

  Anyways - grab that release - squeeze it, nuke it or make 
  it scream - it does not matter. We will make sure it IS
  getting spread all over the world. It will get posted to 
  usenet. It will get posted on every single webwarez site 
  we can get a hold of even if we dislike those sites. 
  And it will get sent to your grandmas postal address. 
  Try to stop it.

INNER WORKINGS

      Here are some explanations of the inner workings of that 'loader': 
            
      1. Remove some hidden Registry Keys where the trial time is stored
      2. Start up the target
      3. Send some mouse clicks into that nag window (smth like that)
            
      Thats all. Its really not that big thing. BUT - it does work! It 
      may be that there are hundreds of crc checks etc put into that
      program but they cannot get triggered at all because our 'loader'
      does not touch them! It just does things you could do 
      with some brain and well known tools like 'EVACleaner' or 
      'TrialDoctor' on your own.

      The UltraFXP websites states:
      
      UltraFXP is still under development, but you already can download 
      a beta version! The program is shareware, it's 30 days free to try 
      without any limits.
      
      So nuke it because of beta crap. But if you are into it you KNOW
      that its called beta because of that 0day rules some braindead
      people created. And if there are any crippled functions in it ->
      go and blame the creators. (I could not find any though - if there
      are really cripplings then they are absolutely unimportant).
