If you really prefer to translate them into English, then here it is:

陕西省西安市科技二路72号西安软件园西岳阁7层
XiyueGe section, Floor 7
Xi'an Software Industrial Estate
No.72 "KE JI ER" Road
Xi An
Shan Xi Province
China

西安市碑林区太乙路1号祭台小区
"JI TAI" Residential Block
Tai Yi Road
Bi Ling District
Xi An

NOTE: With reference to the Road name, section name, lame name etc etc... I would rather be inclined to translate them using *PingYing*. Translated them directly into English would cause a considerable amount of confusion for the Post Office.

It is important to note that it is very easily to get these post lost if you use the English address like them. And it is highly not recommended. I would use Chinese address instead, or in connection with the English versions.

In fact, I'd like to know how to deal with this situation myself. What happened if somebody must write the Address in English? Maybe you can contact the post office to find out a perfect answer.
