一个task，我按照需求文档上的描述作的。然后做完了，老板（非我直属老板）update server，发现这样作会有重大损失，结果无法挽回了，老板说是我的错，我说我完全按照文档要求作的，他说他不管，我应该考虑到这种情况，所以是我的错。我听内部消息说肯定会给我点惩罚的。不实在不明白我哪里错了，我的直属老板告诉我多次，不能从别人那里接任务，只能做他给的，而这个任务完完全全是他给的，我完完全全按照他做的……

好吧，这半年来，我抱怨我忍耐我一直期待着公司能变好些，但是，这次我不忍了，真的，这个事情不给我一个结果的话，走！

以下是原话：
