今年或者明年，必须买一个，求好的地点，二手的最好，我大约以后会在建外SOHO或者中关村上班，要求在地铁附近，能在一个半小时之内上班的地方，我父母会给我准备80W（其实都是他们找亲戚借的），然后剩下的我自己掏。我真的不想买，我才24岁，未来还没有定型，本来可以好好享受的人生就要没了，就要当房奴了，这辈子就要这么完蛋了……

个人看法：
做了房奴以后生活质量会严重下将，直接影响的夫妻感情。我有个朋友买了房子以后，小两口经常为了几块钱的事情吵架。（偷着买包5块钱的烟，被老婆骂了三天，烟都抽完了事情还没交代清楚。初步估计这种生活要过30年）。上海就有买了房子以后从阳台上跳下去的。这一跳够贵的。
你家人能给你拿80w，你压力不会太大。但是你现在买房子是在纵容黑心的开发商，和令人恶心的XXXX。为了社会的和谐，请暂时不要买房。
把钱拿下，租个房子。（嘿嘿 你可能没我这么混）

要么是"森雅".

初见量产后的森雅，感觉与去年车展上的D01还是有些差别，没有粗狂的越野保险杠，没有车顶行李架，也没有运动化的包围。但不可否认还是不由得让人联想起广告中“N种组合”的概念。这虽然有些断章取义，但森雅的外观确实融合了很多车型的明显特征。首先，这部森雅是一辆名副其实的小型MPV，稍长的车鼻、流畅的顶部线条，简洁的垂尾，都是MPV车型所该具备的基因。同时也要承认，从某些特定的角度上看，森雅却还有些“小面”的味道，但精致的做工会让你很快不会朝那个方向去联想。最后，离地200mm的间距也是很多SUV才具有的。高高架起车身与流畅的线条有些不搭，但这样做通过性确实改善了不少。
