这几天刚换了新工作，用RoR做B2B网站，才发现互联网开发和企业级开发是两个完全不同的概念，企业级开发大多数时候有明确的文档，有明确的前后台分工；而互联网开发大多数时候没有文档，必须要求程序员熟悉CSS,HTML DOM。我才发现我现在要考虑的是如何分割页面，使得页面互不干扰；如何使用户使用起来觉得舒适，如何给各种action加上特效等等，而原来我只需要考虑业务的实现，前台的展示只需要简单实现即可……

而且，我也不大会用RoR。我在简历上只写了我了解RoR，为什么老板敢让我熟悉1。5天就工作呢？前天12点才到家，昨天10点到家，幸好今天不加班……

每天的交流都是英语的，因为老板是外国人（法国），我听力和口语都不好，交流起来很吃力，有时候不得不让老板把话写下来，然后我慢慢才能理解……

这几天的压力大到几乎要崩溃了……

PS:今天下午听说了某大型java论坛的一件事（各位应该知道是那个吧？），才明白原来很多事情不像表面的那么简单，被封ID的是我在那个论坛上的一个未谋面的朋友，一直很佩服他，说话做事快人快语，而且对技术有一种狂热。那个帖子我一直在看，没发现他说错了什么，就是言语犀利了一些，却被管理员骂，然后封ID。我在那个论坛上一年多了，结交了不少朋友，一直以为这是一个纯粹的技术社区，却没想到……

这几天的压力大到几乎要崩溃了……


Please don't do that, work at most 10 hours a day, find any reason, even obvious fake reason to go home. No more work on weekend, unless very urgent once in a while.

It is just a job, your life is much more important than that.

I worked almost 16 hours a day in one company, the daytime I worked in the US, the night time I worked in China remotely. I was the only one speak Chinese in the company. You know what? When our project finished, the owner told me, your comtract was finished, and let me go. Yes, he paid me some extra...

Since then, I never work crazy like this any more...

No More...

呵呵 当年那个谁 就是因为在别人论坛被特殊对待 所以气不过 自己开了个新论坛

这也是我一直呆在cjsdn水源的原因。。。

和老朋友、新朋友惬意的聊聊天，比什么都好

技术问题，用google或者去国外技术论坛、订阅喜欢的rss，不至于落伍，也没有那么多可笑的火药味

所以现在在其它技术论坛一般只解决具体问题，不吵吵是是非非

一直奇怪，楼上的为什么叫“nothing”？

是不是 nothing == 无 & 无 == 空

SO nohting == 空

色即是空

Then nothing 是 色！

看了1/3，感觉这本书需要一定的算法和数学基础，东西倒是不难，但是需要基础。准备等过了试用期后，继续研究一下，里面讲Dynamic Programming那点写的不错

You don't use an extra array etc. to do the sort. Keep the data in the same memory space (in the same array) by exchange item locations.
