什么时候，你有整整一天没有上网了？是昨天、上周、还是上个月？
我经常无意识地走向计算机，打开计算机，然后挂在网络上好几个小时，这一切举动不需经过大脑思考，自动得就像梦游一样。这不是我一个人的梦游，这是集体的梦游，我们都已经如同苍蝇被困在网中。

就连性爱都可以在网络上解决...有了网络，干嘛这么麻烦？在无数的色情网站和聊天室，你可以轻易地找到和你一样饥渴的对象，透过网络摄影机，你随时可以在计算机前面宽衣解带。久而久之，你发现，你的性幻想对象居然是计算机屏幕。没了屏幕框，一切变得索然无味，你连性欲都没了。

网络成瘾症：
强迫性、非自愿地使用网络
对人际交往失去兴趣（个人补充：这里的人际交往指的是人与人的交往，而不是msn与msn的交往）
被在线及时活动占据大部分生活的时间
不能自拔
而最容易上瘾的是教育程度有限的中年妇女
（1、2我都占了，如果网速好3也很有可能）

我的目标：
每周少上一天网（这一天完全不上网）
每月少开一天计算机（这一天完全不开计算机）
多运动（右手食指除外）

Even I do not ride horse everyday like my picture Wink, but I climb accumulated 30 floors everyday.
