眼看大学就要毕业了，可是发现找个好工作真的好难，难道真的还要再去读个培训班吗？应届大学生的悲哀啊…… 真的就没必要读大学了吗？
现在的应届大学生出去找工作基本就是农民工待遇，为什么会出现这样的现象呢？是大学生的含金量降低了？还是大学生太多了？
我想都不是问题的根本所在，其主要原因是现代的教育体制与实际的社会需求有一定的差距，学校教育严重滞后企业需求，在学校学的东西出去找工作基本就派不上什么用场，可是自己想学点东西还要受到学校的限制，好痛苦啊，学校每学期都要开那么多的垃圾课程，致使足够的没有时间学习自己感兴趣的东西，所以才出现大学本科毕业生毕业后的待遇水平与农民工相当，悲哀啊。。。

找工作都要工作经验，大学应届毕业生上哪来得工作经验啊？就算自己做过几个小型项目那也称不上实际工作经验啊，真TMD郁闷！
久而久之就掉进了了不会游泳不敢下水，不下水更不会游泳的怪圈！

真的不知道等我毕业的时候就业形势会是什么个样子... 不敢去想。只好努力去学点东西了。

That means you can find a job, which is very good!

应届大学生出去找工作基本就是农民工待遇

That means you can get paid, which is not bad!!!

找工作都要工作经验，大学应届毕业生上哪来得工作经验啊？

Everyone goes/went through the same process, except those worked part time as interns when in school.

If you are still in school, try to find an intern job, no matter how low the pay is going to be.

Complaining is not going to help!!!!

Study hard, work hard, the situation will get better.

Good luck to everyone!!!!

Agree. Nobody can be paid 10K a month from the first job, but getting a job 1k a month is easy. There are so many complaints everywhere. Please calm down, and try to find an suitable and interesting direction for yourself, no more complaints.

please make your manager know that you are skilled as the others who have some experience and be paid double

If the owner of the company is willing to pay him/her double salary, the owner must know something better than you. The money is coming from the owner's pocket.

Or the owner is just simply stupid, then you can quit your job and find a better paid one!!!!!

But almost "every" company like to employee experienced-ones, so I have to stay in this small company one years....
