实在是太cool了，就是缺乏一个强大的IDE。
据说开发效率是java得10倍，在我这里虽然没有java那么多，但是的确很快，至少有 2-3倍

谁可以简单的说一下ruby与其它framework的关系，特别是spring。

注意拉注意拉，不过还是不习惯ruby,有python的版本就好了。再加一个visual的web page designer我马上把机器上所有的java ide抛弃也愿意。

和spring关系？没啥关系巴，没spring这么多新改念，就是个传统的web framework,不过有大量默认的设定，不像spring要写大量xml比较累。还有就是数据层的动态映射，算比较“彻底”的MVC, 动态渲染页面的Oracle HTMLDB也有这功能（跑题啦~）。

我也最近刚刚发现 RoR, 学了两个星期，我太喜欢这个东西了。原因如下：
* 语法简明强盛，一句抵十
* hot coding, 一改就变，省时省力，无需 redeployment, or even hot deployment.
* built-in ORM, MVC, Testing, web-service.

of course, 它也有弱点：
* ORM (ActiveRecord) 不如 Hibernate 成熟
* 还没有 global transaction support
* 还没有官方的 localization/i18n mechanism, 要自己写

如果新的项目只用一个 DB, 无需 jndi,jms or other legacy call, RoR is ideal.

如果我要重写 cjsdn, 我肯定只用 RoR
