1.Project Leader in Beijing

Responsible for one or more projects for Smart Card embedded Operating
System developments. Will be in charge to the whole development cycle
from specification, schedule and workload definition to development,
validation and customer acceptance to insure a proper product delivery.
Motivated by high level C and Java languages for embedded software on
microprocessor chips.

Main Requirements:
· Master degree/Ph. D in Computer Science and/or
Microelectronics
· 6 years experience in development for embedded software for
microprocessor (8 to 16 bits)
· 2 to 6 years experience in project management
· Good English communication
· Strong project coordination and leaderships skills are
needed
· Telecom 2G and 3G standards knowledge is appreciated

2.Senior Validation Engineer in beijing
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the validation of an embedded software product or
product component and propose solutions to eliminate the root cause of
the defects found.
To participate in the validation strategy, developing test model,
library, campaign, cases, scripts, for embedded software product
validation and validation documentation,; product certification activities,
supporting card product industrialization and personalization activities
as well as making recommendation for continuous project process
improvement.
To execute and analyze the test result and take all necessary
steps/initiatives to clear obstacles and lead the validation tasks to
successful completion.

Main Requirements:
· Master Degree/Ph. D in Electronics / Computer Engineering;
· Minimum 3 years experience in embedded software development
or validation;
· Knowledge on validation methodology, standards and tools as
well as Java Card and global platform standard specification is a must;
· Knowledge on telecommunication standards specification, 2G/3G
telecommunication systems, Java Card and global platform standard
specification and familiarity with mobile equipment and telecom network is
appreciated;
· Good communication in English is required.

3.Senior Configuration Management Officer in beijing
Main Responsibility:
· Responsible for defining Configuration Management plans for
software projects in collaboration with Project leaders and team;
· Responsible for training and coaching project team in deploying
best practices of Configuration Management activities and administrate
Version Manager and Tracker Manager databases for the projects;
· Be required to perform data integrity checks on the archives
and tracker databases as well as auditing and preparing reports and
metric for the management on quality of archiving and bugs tracked.
· Coordinate and liaise with corporate configuration management
department for deployment of global practices.

Main Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics/Computer Engineering;
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management for
CMM level 3 and above company;
· Highly proficient in PVCS Version Manager, Tracker
administration and able to work with matrix management in a distributed
environment;
· Excel in negotiation and conflict management skills is
required;
· Good communication in English is a must.

　4.Software Engineer / Quality Audit Officer Engineer in Beijing
Main Responsibility:
· Understand, define, deploy and refine quality assurance
processes for quality software delivery following worldwide Company standard;
· Lead Quality Assurance activities for software development
projects as well as collecting feedback to optimize and improve R&D
processes to provide effective support to projects.
Main Requirements:
· Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering,
· Minimum 5 years experience and solid knowledge in quality
assurance processes and methodologies for software development projects,
· Sound experience in quality procedure definition and
deployment for SEI /CMM / ISO 9001 processes in CMM level 3 and above companies
is a must;
· Experience in Software Project management, software
development or Software validation is an added advantage;
· Good command of English in speaking and writing.

5.Senior Development Engineer in Beijing
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of Embedded SmartCard platforms/applications for Telecommunication or Financial segment, including designing, coding and maintenance of software modules and also contribution to technical and design specifications for products in line with customer requirements.
To develop and execute unitary tests to ensure code written is compliant with quality goals specified.
To participate in the improvement of design and code elements and development process improvement activities.

Main Requirements:
· Master Degree/Ph. D in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
· Minimum 1 year experience in embedded software development;
· Knowledge on Assembly, C, Java and fully conversant with product development life cycle is a must;
· Knowledge on 2G /3G telecommunication standards or Banking standards like EMV, Java Card and smart card related standards are an added advantage;
· Good communication in English is required.

6.Card Development manager

Key Responsibilities
·  Be responsible for a technical team focusing on the development of smart card applications for wireless, from prototype to final customer delivery
·  Be responsible for the resources and technical skill sets management, in line with the company world wide strategy implemented strongly in the region.

Main requirements
·  Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering
·  More than 5 years of experience in the relevant position or equivalent experience in project management, R&D technical design / validation, customer oriented solution and application development
·  Experiences on card operating system, good understanding on embedded software and applications
·  Knowledge and experience on wireless telecommunication, especially on SIM/UIM cards , Java cards and smart card open platform are the plus
·  Be familiar with the latest trend of wireless industry: 2G, 3G and the related services and applications
·  Minimum of 2 years of Team/People management experience and has strong leadership skill
·  Good oral and written communication ability (both in English and in Chinese) is needed to well work across teams in an international environment

7.Solution managers (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities
·  Pre-sales support activity ; Help Sales to farm on existing customer base or new channels with wireless solutions and services
·  Involve at the earliest stage of the sale cycle life in the front line
·  Promote and develop the service/solution business together with sales during the whole sale life cycle : conviction, driving, demonstration, and close the deal

Main Missions
·  Help to define/understand the customer’s needs with sales ; Consolidate and package solution/service offer to sales team in terms of technical choice, cost, and planing
·  Help for promoting the solution on both technical and commercial stand points ; Elaborate the technical proposal and associated legal, commercial commitment in accordance with the sales representative ;
·  Support Sales in negotiation phase, defending value of the offer of solution and service
·  Liaise with project managers once the deal is concluded to insure the commitment for the services/solutions’ deliveries (architecture, development, consulting, system integration, operated services)
·  Manage and co-ordinate the relationship with subcontractors acting as suppliers (Software, Hardware, missing bricks and etc)

Main requirements
·  Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering
·  More than 5 years of experience in the relevant field (preferably with software, solution, or services provider background) or equivalent experience in project management, pre-sales or solutions oriented marketing
·  Knowledge on the legal aspects in services and software
·  Availability for frequent travels over different provinces of China mainland
·  Very good understanding of solution/service in terms of complexity, architecture and business scope
·  Good oral and written communication ability
·  Fluent in English
