原来在WTK 有res文件夹，可用eclipse 怎么就没找到类似的文件夹

放到根目录下，还是没找到

private Image img = null;

try{
img = Image.createImage("/back.png"); // 谁能告诉"/back.png" 该怎么写
}catch(IOException e)
{

}

你可以把资源文件放到一个目录中，比如叫resource，然后在项目的java build path设置中把这个目录设为源代码目录。
