Now I am getting what you mean. 土著 is treated as an animal which only knows hungry -> eat -> stuffed -> sleep -> hungry again, but is smart enough to use tools. I thought they are the same human beings as we are who also have entertainment, trade, etc..., such as using the other bird to lure a female 土著 who doesn't go out hunting Smile

I think actually you are encouraging people to start their own business, being self-employed. Being a normal employee, you control/being influenced by (fire/being fired by) one employer. Being an employer, you control many employees, and as well you are influenced by those employees (they may quit at any time) and the market, other employers, etc…. Both employer and employee have their own troubles. Nobody can control you, it can only influence you. Instead, you have your own responsibilities. If you were a grocery store owner who happens to be in a very bad mood one day, you could close the store for a few days, sitting in the couch thinking. But you should feel the responsibilities for your family and customers. So end up you have to go out and open the store. SHOW MUST GO ON.

I am a technical guy, so are most of people in this BBS. Different people have their own definition of success. One step a time, it won't happen overnight. Many small successes or even failures will make up a huge success. Many jobs will create a career.

Just be yourself.
