但是如果一个会员连续回同一个主题两次就很容易产生相同的标题
这种情况下也提示错误，不是太好

如果是为了防止重复提交可以考虑采用Screen id的技术（我们的项目用此），即每次发html结果回客户端时都为一个窗口生成一个唯一的窗口id放在一个隐藏input标签里,记住会话的上一个id，这样每次将当前接受的Screen id和上一次的Screen id比较即可避免重复提交。而不是简单通过标题重复来判断重复提交。

不过你们的jute论坛速度确实很快，不知道是服务器够牛还是软件设计上有更优秀的算法？
