没有采用java.security.acl。
自己构造了一个论坛的权限集合类，用户在不同的域有不同的角色，角色已经预先分配过权限（管理员在后台设置），判断是否拥有权限的时候用位运行，速度比较快。

我看数据库，是不是这样：每个权限对应一个2的N次方，累加起来就是一个权限的组合，也就是一个角色？

当然不讽刺，数据库里存的是一整数啊，你看出来了是2的倍数相加，厉害啊。

既然用位判断当然要用2的N次方了，作过汇编的人都很清楚
但是这样用一个整数的位数来判断权限，可容纳的权限不多啊，用BigInteger ?速度快吗？
