Spring BindTag 放在JBoss下面页面不能编译问题

Spring BindTag的配置如下：
<spring:bind path="command.username" >
<input type="text" value=" <c:out value="${status.value}"/ >"
name=" <c:out value= '${status.expression} '/ >" > （必须大于等于4个字符） <br >
<c:if test="${status.error}" >
<font color="#FF0000" > 错误:
<c:forEach items="${status.errorMessages}" var="error" >
<c:out value="${error}" / >
</c:forEach > </font >
</c:if >
</spring:bind >

放在Tomcat 5.0.28下面运行没有问题，但是将war包部署到JBoss下面出现如下错误：

Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP

Generated servlet error:
The method _jspx_meth_c_out_0(JspTag, PageContext, int[]) in the type registerform_jsp is not applicable for the arguments (BindTag, PageContext, int[])

Generated servlet error:
The method _jspx_meth_c_out_1(JspTag, PageContext, int[]) in the type registerform_jsp is not applicable for the arguments (BindTag, PageContext, int[])

Generated servlet error:
The method _jspx_meth_c_if_0(JspTag, PageContext, int[]) in the type registerform_jsp is not applicable for the arguments (BindTag, PageContext, int[])

Generated servlet error:
The method _jspx_meth_c_out_3(JspTag, PageContext, int[]) in the type registerform_jsp is not applicable for the arguments (BindTag, PageContext, int[])
