在weblogic中好像配置一个properties然后传给InitialContext。
pros.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory");
properties.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, url);

那么tomcat下是怎么写的呢
