现在，有很多关于分析、设计的好书了，项目中公司也要求参考国外的开发过程，但问题是，系统性的介绍国外项目的资源安排的很少，这就给考察一个项目完成情况带来了问难，有人能提供一下这方面的资料吗？

There are some tools to *estimate* the total efforts in each phase of development, analysis, design, testing, deployment. However, there are no formula and thus all the estimates are based on experience.
