Together is the one I will recommand, even you can integrate it into Eclipse. The most amazing functionality of together I think is the power to auto-generate(or auto-modify) the code when you upgrate the corresponding UML dialogs. Quite useful but...some people pointed out that there is a performance issue when the classes increases. I never used MagicDraw myself so no opinion. Another tool you might consider and it is open-source project and have a GPL licence.
