window上的cvs用户限不能低于power users级吗？比如users
好象用户权限如果只有users级，那么既不能列表也不能创建也不能取。。。。

可是，我把用户权限设在users级就不行的，不知道为什么

你必须指定模块名称才行，因为你的设置，所以你不能列出CVS里的所有目录结构，只有你知道名称的项目才能被 co 下来。

用cvs passwd -a <新增的用户名>
添加用户时总是出现以下错误:

cvs [passwd aborted]: Couldn't connect to named pipe on remote machine: Error
不解
