论坛很多的人都在看贴子，下载资料
但是，不能沟通和交流

如果能开一个灌水区，大家可以谈论一些非技术性的话题。
我想，有助于论坛的人气和增进大家的了解；
当然，这要考虑服务器的速度和流量。

速度和流量不是主要问题，管理才是关键！

特别是一些敏感话题，如政治等，不好处理的。

再说“我们只谈JAVA”。

我在线的时间长，我们可以多一些人来管理

目前网站的人气主要是通过共享资源来维持
但是，这不是长久之计，我想也不是网站的目的

要积累精华的贴子，优秀的人才
只有人气上来了，访问量上来了
才有更大的发展空间

建议：

大家可以使劲灌，每天或每周清理一次
