个人建议:

发贴人发技术帖后,
在有人参与的情况下三天内部回复,扣一分.
7天内不回复,发帖数在5以上的扣3分,发帖数5以下的删帐号.

这样可以减少系统里的冗余无用的数据.

同意这样的一种原则，当然期限可以再讨论一下如何设置更加有效合理，并且可以把这些原则加到论坛注册时的声明中去。

目前 不建议直接扣分。
我原来的设想是其他人通过搜索论坛给出答案的，斑竹可以考虑扣除发贴人的分数，这样的话，有利于他养成自己搜索的习惯。（而且也是少量的扣1分） 而且扣除之后他仍然可以浏览、回复，但是不能主动发贴，仅此限制而已。不要太严厉了，本来大家要本着交流的心态的，有的时候好帖子带来的讨论意义远远大于帖子本身。

来cjsdn有一年多了，此间也经常去matrix,javaeye这些网站，其人气与技术含量都比这里要好。不想办法增加cjsdn的人气和技术含量，才有“关门”之嫌。

对不回帖或经常不登录的网友，如果不扣分，也应该采用“拉拢”的办法，让更多的人来访问CJSDN。

一年多了，在CJSDN上经常见的还是那么几位，没有新的血液加入，很是为CJSDN的前途担忧。

总的来说，我们的"拉拢"确实很少，“让更多的人来访问CJSDN“，这个问题确实需要重视。不过，也说说我对另外两个站点的看法，matrix里边广告不少，帖子质量感觉水分太大,javaeye帖子质量倒是不错，可我始终喜欢不起来，可能那里的人很多都比较牛吧，还动不动吵来吵去，有点“文人相轻”的味道，反正现在我去的是越来越少了。Smile

其实我最反对的帖子是那种关于技术讨论的帖子还草草一两句废话的那种，说到点子上还好，有的纯粹就是浪费版面。

我觉得有效的奖惩制度对于论坛发展还是有利的，对于增加cjsdn的人气和技术含量都会有帮助的。chengbd很热心，我想这也是有目共睹的。也希望大家都来出主意：）有什么想法大家尽管提，最好多一些批评的帖子。

I feel the same way about javaeye too,to me ,it is more like a place to show that they are the ones who know.I hate that
technology is for us to solve problems ,it is not for us to be looks cool.

这个站点的宗旨到底是什么阿？请各位老大确认一下，是交流吧，我有一个想法，就是把这样的人引导到一个专门的版面，这样便于管理。不同的人应该有不同的交流空间，如果让这些人到处泛滥，会影响回帖人的积极性。

还有就是在他发帖的同时显示他回帖的数目，这就是信誉度吧，这样把回帖的权利交给用户自己。如果你是大公无私，不济回报类型尽可以回帖，如果你觉得他信誉度很低。不知道礼尚往来，也可以选择不回帖。
