申请理由：本人学习java有一年多了，主要是从JSP开始学习的，做过些以JSP为基础的web应用，现在还正在学习struts等较高级的应用。
本人于今天5月注册了cjsdn的帐号，发了一些帖子，回答了一些网友的问题，更重要的是从cjsdn的论坛和FTP上发现了不少对我的学习和工作有助的资源，十分感谢众多同行的奉献精神，所以也想发挥些个人的能力，帮助更多的人。虽然我的实现经验还不是很多，但感觉自己的基础知识以及自学能力不错，可以回答一些网友的问题，也更想通过在管理这个版面的过程中得到进一步的提高。

现在感觉来这里交流的高手不多，当然本人对其它几个版的版主的技术和人品是很佩服的。建议可以想办法扩大宣传cjsdn，至少现在很多人知道csdn,martix这样的网站，可还不知cjsdn。所以通过宣传，吸引更多的高手来参与交流是很重要的。

当然，如果我有时间，而且技术许可时也想创办些技术性强在的话题，以吸引大家来交流不。

总之，如果我可以做版本，会负责好自己的工作，尽力帮助每位网友的。
