个人用是可以自由下载，不需要给官方任何费用
用于商业目的，还是要向官方购买，否则，呵呵，麻烦就来了

oracle现在采用卖服务了

不过好像有什么用户数限制什么之类的

Oracle的策略很有趣，谁都可以下载，谁都可以学，获得大的用户认可，但是企业项目都是要收费的。主要是数据库，有时候买他的数据库可以附送AS的

我们上次花了很多money买了个902的，结果不支持ejb的local属性

oracle不限制连接数目或时间， 但是如果你不买他的软件，他就会告你啦

当然不是免费的
从网站上下载的是给你试用的 虽然没什么限制 但不能下载补丁 出了问题 你照样提乖乖地掏银子

Not free. But it's not too expensive, about the half price of weblogic.
