为什么admin 和Manager不能同时用。
如果我进入了Admin页面，Manager的用户就自动的从tomcat-users.xml里被删了。
如果我进入了Manager页面，Admin的用户就自动的从tomcat-users.xml里被删了。
不知为什么?
还有Admin,Manager有区别吗?
