我的应用中全部都是使用UTF-8编码的，所以URL的参数也是用UTF-8的中文，比如http://localhost:8080/myapp/hello?param=中文，这样的方式，在实际使用中，出现了一个问题，有一些中文字符串，在接收到参数时，最后一个字符变成了“�”，百思不得其解，有没有那位仁兄遇到过，给点建议，万分感谢！

我的环境：
Windows 2000 Server/Windows XP Professional
Tomcat 5.0.29
