在xp c:/下安装的oracle9i 在 Dos 下输入sqlplus的显示，请问这是为什么呢？

sqlplus /nolog
sql>connect sys@ssss as sysdba
sql>startup

ok

Oracle发生了错误，重新启动就可以了。
