oracle中有没有求时间毫秒的函数，例如

把这就mysql的语句转化成oracle可以识别的语句

SQL = "select countStart as friendonlie from user,friend where friend.UID=" + strUserID + " and user.ID=friend.FID and (UNIX_TIMESTAMP(NOW())-UNIX_TIMESTAMP(user.logintime))<=180"

主要是这里的转换
(UNIX_TIMESTAMP(NOW())-UNIX_TIMESTAMP(user.logintime))<=180

有啊，不过好象你题目上用的是unix自带的函数，你查一下oracle document
，她有自己的一套求时间的函数，从日期到微秒都有的。
