在做上传和下载的时候，放入oracle中的时候速度比较快，但是取得时候速度就相当慢了，请问各位高手有没有优化的办法，能使取得时候速度快一点，或者有没有其他什么方法能实现对blob或clob多操作，主要是要快！！

You are using BLOB or CLOB, surely it will slow down.
