我在使用TOAD时，如果发生数据异常，譬如某字段不能为空，TOAD会将字段名和错误信息列出来，我要实现的就是类似功能。

請說清楚閣下想在甚麼地方执行SQL语句
用哪個database?

基本上我們只能分析database提供的error code/message
