怎么说呢，
建议同楼上的，可以自己设定环境变量，也可以了解许多关于内部机制（OHO）
偶一开始就用JB，现在离开了JB就不会写了，MD！！！痛苦！

vim和emac都有windows版本。功能和使用习惯一样。可以到搜索引擎找一下。
gcc也有windows版本

还是用好一点的开发工具比较好，不要用文本编辑器

先用EditPlus等文本编辑工具，这样在开始就会遇到很多问题，如ClassPath设置等，但对将来绝对有好处，等到比较熟练后再使用IDE，如JCreator,IntelliJ
，Eclipse等，等到要和团队合作编制项目时，再使用JBuilder等大型IDE,以上是我个人的观点。
