May be you should just think about using Eclipse.
1) It is open-source and totally free, whereas MyEclipse is not and unless you crack it you cannot use it.
2) Eclipse is a powerful IDE in which has lots of features. You can also install extra plug-ins if you like. This makes MyEclipse somehow not useful.
